I’m a Senior Frontend & Full-stack Web Solutions Contractor with 13+ years of experience building, improving, and maintaining production-ready websites and web applications for international clients.
My background combines strong frontend development skills with UI/UX design, WordPress and Shopify development, performance optimisation, SEO, and server-side infrastructure. I’m comfortable taking ownership of an entire project, from understanding requirements and translating designs into responsive interfaces, through development and testing, to deployment, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with WordPress, building custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and advanced websites using PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern frontend technologies. I also have professional experience with Vue.js and React, as well as Shopify/Liquid and Webflow.
I have a strong focus on performance and technical quality. This includes Core Web Vitals optimisation, code splitting, lazy loading, image optimisation, caching, CDN configuration, database optimisation, DNS and hosting configuration, and troubleshooting production environments. I also have experience improving accessibility according to W3C/WCAG standards and implementing SEO best practices.
In addition to development, my design background allows me to work effectively with Figma designs and take responsibility for UI/UX implementation. I pay close attention to responsive behaviour, usability, visual consistency, accessibility, and the details that make a website feel polished and professional.
I’ve worked both as an individual contractor and as part of larger development teams. In previous roles, I was responsible for enterprise frontend applications, UI architecture, component systems, and large-scale refactoring. Earlier in my career, I also led a team of 12 people and was responsible for creative direction, workflow optimisation, quality assurance, and client communication.
Today, through my own web studio, I work directly with businesses on long-term web partnerships. I currently manage multiple active corporate clients, providing development, maintenance, performance optimisation, SEO, technical consulting, and ongoing improvements.
